Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all Canadian and USA orders!
In order to maximize what we can donate, we keep our product packaging simple while still protecting your pretty new piece of inspiration.
Our free standard shipping usually takes between 7-14 business days. Standard shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date for the free shipping option - snail mail is a little outside of our control . You also have the option to upgrade to speedy and tracked shipping at check out if you are just too excited to get your Moving Mountains inspiration (or if you need it by a specific date and don't want to take the chance with standard shipping)!
Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore US delivery times are not guaranteed.
We want you to be in love with your Moving Mountains purchase, but if for some reason your order is not inspiring you, we offer a 20-day return policy. Since at the end of each month we send our donations to the selected charity, we cannot offer refunds after 20 days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Gift cards and instant downloadable products cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is in appropriate condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If for any reason you do not see your refunded amount on your original payment method, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with an explanation and picture of the product. We will be happy to ship you a new item!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
